Who roasts your coffee?
At Neighbors Coffee, our passion lies in the art of roasting and delivering the freshest bag of coffee to your doorstep. With 50 years in the industry, we hope to provide the best coffee and customer service possible.
When will my order be shipped out?
We typically roast your coffee between 24 and 48 hours of when your order was received. We operate normal business hours Monday through Friday, and orders placed before 3PM Central Time will be processed with the next day's production schedule.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the contiguous US, Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
Our family roaster is based in Oklahoma City, OK.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states for orders over $50. All other orders’ freight will be calculated at checkout.
How do I place an order?

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened items within 10 days of the initial order. Please contact us in advance to determine if your item is eligible for returns. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us and we will try to make it right!
Do you sell wholesale?
We do have a wholesale program for resellers! Those interested should contact us or visit our Wholesale Program.

How do loyalty points work?
You actually earn loyalty points automatically with every product you purchase. Every product page shows how many loyalty points you earn under the price of the product. One point is earned for every dollar spent and can be redeemed at checkout in the payment information section. Depending on how many points you've acquired you can either choose to pay the entire order total with points or just part of it.
